1. Service description

Stratify is a business planning tool that helps founders build and manage financial models, market research, marketing channels, team plans, strategy and related business data. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

2. Free and paid plans

Stratify offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

3. You own your data

You retain full ownership of any business plan data you enter into Stratify. We do not claim rights to your content and will only use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

4. Limitation of liability

Stratify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions, financial outcomes, or damages resulting from your use of the platform. Always verify important business decisions independently.

5. Cancellation policy

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
